Secondment Process

• Recieve the Secondment/ Manpower supply requirement from the client
• Review Terms and on Mutual Acceptance, Match Job Profiles and Mobilization Schedules
• Draw a pool of available from our active worldwide database and network of resources in-country or in ongoing contracts
• Arrange Interviews, Evaluation and Trade Tests as required of shortlisted Candidates conducted by the Client or Mehtavisaz
• Receive List of Selected Candidates by the client
• Start onboarding process by completing Contractual, Medical and Visa Application, Transfer formalities as applicable under the Law of the Land.

Logistics and global mobility

We provide assistance to the applicants towards local travel i.e. air, road or train and hotel accommodation. We also offer assistance to reach medical/training centers, Consulates/Embassies and airports. Besides, we deliver original travel documents at airport in case an applicant is unable to collect the same from our office.

Technical training

We arrange project sites with Tools and Machinery to test personnel for competency or simulate the actual working environments under stringent specifications of respective industry following specific Quality Control norms laid out by clients either in their presence or under able supervision of Technical Evaluators.
